From the abstract: "The Defense Logistics Studies Information Exchange (DLSIE) has the mission of collecting, organizing, storing, and disseminating information relating to the Department of Defense (DOD) logistics study effort and logistics management documentation that may be of interest to the logistics community. The principal method of disseminating information relating to logistics studies is through the Bi-Annual DOD Bibliography of Logistics Studies and Related Documents. Each current citation added to the DLSIE data base is represented in the bibliography by bibliographic description and an abstract. The bibliography is distributed in January and July of each year."
