From the summary: “The Commission on Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) Reform (Commission), established in the Fiscal Year (FY) 2022 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), publicly released a congressionally mandated interim report1 on August 15, 2023. The Interim Report provided a total of 23 recommendations (referred to as “actions”) for the Department of Defense (DoD) and Congress.”
