The FY 2025 DoW Financial Statement Audit Explained , May 11 , 2026
From the report: “On December 18, 2025, the DoW OIG, as the group auditor of the DoW Agency-Wide Financial Statements, issued its FY 2025 audit report. More than 1,600 auditors supported this work. Due to the DoW's size and complexity, 22 reporting entities produced their own financial statements that were also audited. Those financial statements ultimately contributed to the DoW Agency-Wide Financial Statement audit. In addition, the DoW OIG performed audit procedures for entities without a stand-alone audit as part of the audit of the DoW's consolidated financial statements.”
