From Appendix A: “Appendix A highlights the Department’s strategic goals, strategic objectives, and results through third quarter for FY 2019 Annual Performance Plan. The following tables outline FY 2019 performance measure results. Exceeds (blue), Met (green) and Not Met (red) assessments were calculated based on the Office of Personnel Management’s (OPM) SES and SL/ST ratings distribution justification criteria. To ensure the quality of performance data collected for this assessment, DOD goal owners have attested the performance data results and narrative information is complete, accurate, and reliable and that verification and validation procedures are documented and available upon request.”
