The Biden-Harris President's Management Agenda: Impact Report , 2024
From the report: "In 2021, the President’s Management Council launched the Biden-Harris President’s Management Agenda (PMA), a framework for delivering an effective, equitable, accountable government that delivers results for all Americans.
Over the past three years, the Biden-Harris PMA has helped drive meaningful results across its three core management priorities:
1. Strengthening and Empowering the Federal Workforce
2. Delivering Excellent, Equitable, and Secure Federal Services and Customer Experience
3. Managing the Business of Government
These priorities were specifically designed to meet the moment. The Administration took office in January 2021 at the height of the pandemic and immediately had to combat COVID-19 and drive an economic recovery while initiating historic efforts to invest in strengthening manufacturing, rebuilding our infrastructure, and addressing the climate crisis. In order to effectively implement this expansive and historic agenda, the Biden-Harris Administration took decisive action to also strengthen the underlying capabilities of federal agencies while transforming how federal agencies serve the American public."
