From the report: "Governmentwide policies around open data, open source software, and cloud computing have been developed to help achieve these often-interconnected goals. Understanding and acting on the synergies across these three domains will help make government information more available to the American public, ensure that government decisions are driven by evidence, and increase the efficiency and lower the costs of government operations.
