This report provides readers an assessment of how DOD’s FY 2016 performance measures and results align to its mission and functions. This report also provides information on the Department's agency priority goals and other Department-wide management initiatives to include performance targets for FYs 2017 and 2018. Performance goals and targets for FY 2018 are subject to change in order to support and align with the administration’s strategic priorities.”
