Dina Eliezer, Ph.D.

Dina Eliezer is a research psychologist and co-lead of the Human Capital Group at the Institute for Defense Analyses. Her research focuses on the prevention of harmful behaviors in the military, including suicidal behavior and sexual assault, as well as the promotion of resiliency, diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility. Dr. Eliezer’s work at IDA also focuses on improving military organizations’ capacity for program evaluation and evidence-informed decision-making. Previously, Dr. Eliezer worked at Booz Allen Hamilton, providing research support to DOD’s Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Office (SAPRO) and other government organizations. She received her Ph.D. in social and personality psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the National Institutes of Health.
