From the document: “Purpose: In accordance with the authority in DoD Directive (DoDD) 5124.02, this issuance: • Establishes a comprehensive DoD-wide military harassment prevention and response program. • Updates military harassment prevention and response policies and programs for Service members. • Updates harassment prevention and response procedures for Service members to submit harassment complaints, including anonymous complaints; procedures and requirements for responding to, processing, resolving, tracking, and reporting harassment complaints; and training and education requirements and standards. • Supplements the DoD Retaliation Prevention and Response Strategy (RPRS) Implementation Plan for sexual harassment complaints involving retaliation."
