From the report: "From fiscal years (FY) 2011 through 2021 there have been minor increases in representation in the federal workforce of people who are Black or African American, Asian, Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander, American Indian or Alaska Native, and persons of more than one race. (See figure.) Overall, in FY 2021, representation for historically disadvantaged racial groups in the federal workforce was higher than in the 2021 civilian labor force."
