From the abstract: “The U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC) seeks to innovate and evolve its organizational and manpower structure and capabilities to meet the Army’s personnel needs in view of the demographic, geographic, and technological trends and circumstances of 21st century recruiting. Building upon an understanding of USAREC’s mission and core functions, this paper explores the question: what organizational changes could better posture USAREC for 21st century recruiting? It takes into consideration a number of dimensions including the changing data analytic and information environments, lessons learned from COVID, and the larger Army accessions community.”
