This Instruction reissues DOD Instruction (DODI) 1015.10 (Reference (a)) and incorporates and cancels DOD Directive (DODD) 1015.2 (Reference (b) in accordance with the authority in DODD 5124.02 (Reference (c)) to establish and implement policy, assign responsibilities, and prescribe procedures for operating and managing programs for military MWR programs.”
