From the document: “This Directive: a. Reissues DOD Directive (DODD) 5100.3 (Reference (a)). b. Pursuant to section 165 of title 10, United States Code (Reference (b)), establishes policy and assigns responsibilities for the administrative and logistical support of Combatant Command headquarters and subordinate unified command headquarters. c. Provides a DOD-wide definition of Combatant Command Support Agent (CCSA).”
