Reissues DOD Directive (DODD) 1020.02 (Reference (a)) to establish policy and assign responsibilities to provide an overarching framework for addressing unlawful discrimination and promoting equal opportunity, diversity, and inclusion through: (1) The DOD Diversity and Inclusion Management Program, in accordance with the authority in Executive Order 13583 (Reference (b)). (2) The DOD Military Equal Opportunity (MEO) Program in accordance with DODD 1350.2 (Reference (c)).”
