From the document: “Through JPAC, the DoD fosters enduring industrial production capacity and resiliency and ensures capability for key defense weapon systems and supplies through the assessment and development of optimal production strategies. Strategies for key defense weapon systems and supplies include:
a. Assessment of mitigation strategies for identified production constraints.
b. Assessment of global production and advancing co-production opportunities for key defense weapon systems and supplies.
c. Development of integrated strategies for production surge capability.”
