Health IT Integration: Enrolled one million patients into team-based, patient-centered care achieving 100% improved care continuity. Envisioned and fielded Health Service Data Warehouse, secure messaging, and decision support for patients and medics.

Team Building: Linked AF facilities with multiple university level 1 trauma centers to improve care, sustain skills and advance simulation training. Oversaw Katrina and Haiti medical response. Recognized as AMSUS 2008 Top Federal Physician.
